Outside Reading:

Okay so I was listening to another song, which is a really good song (All Good Things (Come to an End) - Nelly Furtado), but really depressing after I realized what the lyrics were saying. Well I think the name of the song gives a lot away. All the good things she has are leaving her, and she is not happy anymore and pretty much wants to die.

Flames to dust
Lovers to friends
Why do all good things come to an end
Flames to dust
Lovers to friends
Why do all good things come to an end
come to an end come to an
Why do all good things come to end?
come to an end come to an
Why do all good things come to an end?

Well the dogs were whistling a new tune
Barking at the new moon
Hoping it would come soon so that they could
Dogs were whistling a new tune
Barking at the new moon
Hoping it would come soon so that they could
Die die die die die

Honestly what will become of me
don't like reality
It's way too clear to me
But really life is dandy
We are what we don't see
Missed everything daydreaming

[Chorus:]
Flames to dust
Lovers to friends
Why do all good things come to an end
Flames to dust
Lovers to friends
Why do all good things come to an end
come to an end come to an
Why do all good things come to end?
come to an end come to an
Why do all good things come to an end?

Traveling I only stop at exits
Wondering if I'll stay
Young and restless
Living this way I stress less
I want to pull away when the dream dies
The pain sets in and I don't cry
I only feel gravity and I wonder why

Flames to dust
Lovers to friends
Why do all good things come to an end
Flames to dust
Lovers to friends
Why do all good things come to an end
come to an end come to an
Why do all good things come to end?
come to an end come to an
Why do all good things come to an end?

Well the dogs were whistling a new tune
Barking at the new moon
Hoping it would come soon so that they could
Dogs were whistling a new tune
Barking at the new moon
Hoping it would come soon so that they could
Die die die die die

Flames to dust
Lovers to friends
Why do all good things come to an end
Flames to dust
Lovers to friends
Why do all good things come to an end
come to an end come to an
Why do all good things come to end?
come to an end come to an
Why do all good things come to an end?

Well the dogs were barking at a new moon
Whistling a new tune
Hoping it would come soon
And the sun was wondering if it should stay away for a day 'til the feeling went away
And the sky was falling on the clouds were dropping and
the rain forgot how to bring salvation
the dogs were barking at the new moon
Whistling a new tune
Hoping it would come soon so that they could die.

Outside Reading:

Okay, so I was listening to this song Since U Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson
and I believe it's about a girl getting her heart broken by the one she loved, but getting over it.

But Since U Been Gone
I can breathe for the first time
I'm so moving on
Yeah, yeah
Thanks to you
Now I get
What I want
Since U Been Gone

Here's the thing we started out friends
It was cool but it was all pretend
Yeah yeah
Since U Been Gone

You dedicated you took the time
Wasn't long till I called you mine
Yeah Yeah
Since U Been Gone

And all you'd ever hear me say
Is how I pictured me with you
That's all you'd ever hear me say

But Since U Been Gone
I can breathe for the first time
I'm so moving on
Yeah, yeah
Thanks to you
Now I get
What I want
Since U Been Gone

How can I put it? You put me on
I even fell for that stupid love song
Yeah, yeah
Since U Been Gone

How come I'd never hear you say
I just wanna be with you
I guess you never felt that way

But Since U Been Gone
I can breathe for the first time
I'm so moving on
Yeah, yeah
Thanks to you
Now I get (I get) what I want
Since U Been Gone

You had your chance you blew it
Out of sight, out of mind
Shut your mouth I just can't take it
Again and again and again and again

Since U Been Gone
I can breathe for the first time
I'm so moving on
Yeah, yeah
Thanks to you (thanks to you)
Now I get, I get what I want
I can breathe for the first time
I'm so moving on
Yeah, yeah
Thanks to you (thanks to you)
Now I get (I get)
You should know (you should know)
That I get, I get what I want
Since U Been Gone
Since U Been Gone
Since U Been Gone

Outside Reading:

I read another poem, I could not find the name. I believe it is about a person that is really depressed but does not really know it and is trying to help other people by telling them doing those sort of things will not help you in life, but later realizes that he/she is just like them and has been ignoring it, and finally gets the courage to ask for help.

When there is trouble,

Don’t forget there is one simple step.

Tell someone:

I need help.

One simple step…

Help me…

Happiness can be so little,

Jumpstarts can help bring out that twitle

But they don’t know it will only take you deeper than before.

Please don’t do it…

Others like to hurt themselves to have the pain and blood help them through depression.

They don’t realize that it only hurts the people who secretly loves and adores them,

more than they know.

I love you…

Happiness is so great

It is one of God’s mighty gifts.

Thank you…

Out of no where others will snatch it

Before your eyes.

Why do you do this…?

When you are about to let go,

Just remember.

I am here for you…

When there is trouble,

Don’t forget there is one simple step.

Tell someone:

I need help.

One simple step…

Help me…

I read a poem, I am thinking it's about a depressed person that ends up doing suicide, but regrets their choice and watching over who they love to make sure they don't follow the wrong path.

Watching, hoping you won't go where I just went.

I’m Here

I’m here
I wish I am else where.
Somewhere
Where you just can't follow.
A place where I stay.
My place.
Not yours.
I'm here.
I'm with you.
You just don't see.
I'm standing with you,
With everyone.

Watching, hoping you won't go where I just went.

I'm gone, away,
In a place you just can't follow.

Outside Reading:

Okay so I was listening to a song, Who Knows - Avril Lavigne
I've been chain listening to the song, listening to the lyrics. The lyrics are amazing.
I think there's something more, life's worth living for
Who knows what could happen.
Do what you do, just keep on laughing
One thing's true, there's always a brand new day
I'm gonna live today like it's my last day
I've come to the conclusion that everyone should be thinking like that, and that if your down just remember that there will be a brand new day with new surprises. You just got to give life a chance no matter how hard it can be.

Full lyrics:

Yeah, yeah
Yeah-eah, yeah
Yeah-eah, yeah

Why do you look so familiar
I could swear that I have seen your face before

I think I like that you seem sincere
I think I like to get to know you a little bit more

[Chorus]
I think there's something more, life's worth living for
Who knows what could happen.
Do what you do, just keep on laughing
One thing's true, there's always a brand new day
I'm gonna live today like it's my last day

Yeah, yeah,
Yeah-eah, yeah,
Yeah-eah, yeah

How do you always have an opinion
And how do you always find the best way to compromise
We don't need to have a reason
We don't need anything
We're just wasting time

[Chorus x2]
I think there's something more, life's worth living for
Who knows what could happen.
Do what you do, just keep on laughing
One thing's true, there's always a brand new day
Who knows what could happen.
Do what you do, just keep on laughing
One thing's true, there's always a brand new day
I'm gonna live today like it's my last day

Find yourself, cause I can't find you
Be yourself, who are you?
Find yourself, cause I can't find you
Be yourself, who are you?

Who knows what could happen.
Do what you do, just keep on laughing
One thing's true, there's always a brand new day

So you go and make it happen
Do your best just keep on laughing
I'm telling you, there's always a brand new day

[Chorus]
Who knows what could happen.
Do what you do, just keep on laughing
One thing's true, there's always a brand new day
I'm gonna live today like it's my last day

Outside Reading:

I read Rill and the Stupid Rock. It is about a featherless bird that looks like a man getting kicked out of the nest so he can find the Stupid Rock and become king of the world. On his way he meets a Mole named Tod and together they search for the Stupid Rock, but they come across obsticals such as an old bridge that breaks while the go across. But tune in next time to see what happens!

Outside Reading:

I read the Three little pigs. It is about a hungry wolf that likes to eat little pigs, and the pigs just left home and built some houses. The wolf comes by to eat them but they refuse. The wolf blows down the houses, but the pigs just barely make it out and on to their other brothers house. The wolf could not blow the third house down because it was well made. So he pops down the chimny but only to his surprise his wittle butt gets boiled and he never bugs them again. This is a good story of taking your time to build things right and you can play and have fun after the job is done.

Outside Reading:

I read Green Eggs and Ham. It is about Sam-I-Am following around this picky eater trying to convince him that he should eat the green eggs and ham. It is a good book, I love it. It's a good example of not judging something by it's looks.

Endorsement letter for Athena

Athena for National Hero!
A hero is someone who does good. A hero is someone who is kind. A hero can be different for anyone. A hero can be who ever you like! In this paragraph I will tell you why Athena should be the National Hero and not Poseiden.
Athena should be the National Hero because she steps out of her way to help Odysseus. In this quote, "... Olympian Zeus, have you no care for him in your lofty heart? Did he never win your favor with sacrifices burned beside the ships on the broad plain of Troy? Why, Zeus, why so dead set against Odysseus?" (I, 79), it shows she is taking the time and arguing with Zeus for Odysseus. Poseiden on the other hand just ruins Odysseus's life by making it harder for him to get him because his son was complaining. He didn't even hear Odysseus' side.
Would you want someone that only listens to one person? Or would you rather have someone that not only listens to people but helps them out? It's more easy to live when you are offered a chance. This is why Athena would make an amazing National Hero.

The Mediator: 2 -OR4-

Well now she is home and finds the Beaumont's are there and wants her to have dinner with them. And of course she has to be polite and accept their invite and so she goes and gets ready and freaks out at Jesse. Because this man could possibly be a murderer. But then later on Ceecee finds some news that makes them come to the conclusion that it isn't her boyfriends -she says he is not her boyfriend- father! -LIKE OMG SCARY, RIGHT?!- "..."It was around this time that Red Beaumont handed over almost all of his responsibilities to his brother." (Meg Cabot 190) Who could that possibly be? Well I am not telling you! That would ruin the whole book!

The Mediator: 2 -OR3-

No I will not tell you about that kissy scene. You get to suffer! But in the mean time Suze, Ceecee, and Adam go pay Ceecee's aunt a visit, she is a psychic. But Suze meets ANOTHER ghost -like omg it's a ghostly world-  and she asks her the question. The question that needs all answers and she gets that answer! "..."I just need to know, Mrs. Fiske . . . Mr. Beaumont. He killed you, didn't he?" ... "My God. My God, finally . . . someone knows. Someone finally knows"" (Meg Cabot 143). BUT is it the answer she thinks she wants? That I will not say either. But I will say she does start becoming a Nosey Nelly and tells Ted about it, but Ted is all like NO NOT TRUE I TALK TO MY FAITHFUL BUTLER!!! and then everything goes down hill from there.

The Mediator: 2 -OR2-

So I read some more of The Mediator, and Suze decides to pay Red a visit. Which turns out to be a very creepy experience and think that this man is not a "normal" human. So later on her and her friends do a little research on him and his big company and come to the conclusion that he may not be a very safe man. "We're talking multiple murders. Although technically, the victims have all been listed only as missing?" (Meg Cabot 127) See murders no not just murder, but plural murdersSSSSsss. Will she still be messing with him?! DID I FORGET TO MENTION JESSE COUGHT HER AND RED'S SON KISSING! Tune in next time for more.

The Mediator: 2 -OR-

Now I am on the second book of The Mediator, I won't tell you the ending of what happened in the last book, because that would ruin it if you are going to read it. Well so far what has happened in the book is that well, she meets another ghost. But this ghost is a real pain because she won't give her the answers she needs to help her. "... "I'll tell him. Only who am I telling?"... "Red, of course." Red? Was she kidding? But it was too late. She was gone" (Meg Cabot 20-21). In that quote it shows the ghost leaving before she knows enough to do what she needs to do. But she ends up finding out some facts from friends by asking if they knew anyone by the name of "Red". So she learns that it's the father of the really hot boy she danced with at a party. In the mean time she also has nasty poison oak all over her hands because she was spying on her step brother.

Heroz in a box

With out music movies would not be as enjoyable. Also music was the first thing to be recorded and a good source of entertainment in the early days. Ludwig Van Beethoven is a good music related hero because he was deaf and yet he still composed amazing and beautiful pieces. A A artifact for him is his song "Symphony No. 5" It's a great song, the sound the dynamics everything! It's AMAZING!! Another good music related hero is Ray Charles, because he was blind and he still made music. An artifact from him is his song "Hit the Road Jack" because it's a fun song with great beat and lyrics. They kept going even though they had disabilities that made it harder for them to play/compose music. Because of those people and much more, they gave us hope. To go on even when you have obstacles

The Mediator -OR3-

Okay so after that totally amazing event with Jesse she realizes she has this cut on her arm that is gushing out blood so Jesse gives her this handkerchief to rap the cut. On that handkerchief is three letter MDS, not J or anything but, MDS -like oh my gosh! Could it be from a perrty lady?!!- But in the mean time she goes back to school and oh yeah I forgot to tell you. The important statues head has been decapitated so there a fuss about that and in the class room she broke into to get inside and out has a broken window, smashed door and ripped up carpet 'cause there was this nice pool of blood there from her arm -hah sucker-. So Kelly, the class president aka some snobby girl thinks it's a sign because the important dude won't let the parents of Heather have a funeral at the school. "... I don't believe Father Sera's statue was desecrated by vandals at all, but by angels. Angels who are angry about Monsignor Constantine not allowing Heather's parents to have her funeral here" (Meg Cabot 181). But of course Suze is all like uh no it wasn't. -'cause she knows it's all her fault because she screwed up.. geez screw ups these days...- So after awhile Ceecee, her best friend comes running in and is like "OMGOMGOMG BRYCE AND FATHER DOM IS DEAD" Okay so thats not how it went down but still. Anyways basically butt-face Heather tryed to kill bryce again and almost succeded but Father Dom, the school principle got in the way and they are going to the hospital. So Suze is really pissed and goes visits Dom and tells her plan on how to get rid of Heather. Father Dom hates the plan but makes her wait till he is out of the hospital. But will she wait?!  WILL SHEEEE?!!!! OMG WE MUST WAIT TO FIND OUT!!!!!

The Mediator -OR2-

Okay so like everyone is in love with Suze now. She is so popular that she is getting nominations for vice president in her first week! "... Heather was the sophomore class vice president and now that she's gone, we've been collecting nominations for a new VP, believe it or not, you've been nominated. Twelve times so far" (Meg Cabots 184) the quote says it all, she is loved. But thats not all that happens. That evil butt-face ghost, Heather is trying to kill her ex because she does not think it is fair for him to be alive and her to not. So she try's to dump the building on him -Scary right? Ghost have powers!!- But Suze of course comes to the rescue and Bryce -Heather's ex- and Suze have a little something going on.. But what about Jesse, Mister Hot Stuff??! Yeah he saved her life after a night of Hell. Suze goes to the school to try to fix things and screws up pretty bad. And then BAM!! Jesse comes to the rescue. Romantic right?

Siddhartha -zOMG HELP?!-

Dear Advice,
I am Suzannah andI need some major advice with Siddhartha. He is a very depressed person 'cause he regrets doing some things he should not have done.  He was going to jump into a river to drown himself but then hears this "Om" sound and decides to fall asleep. Does this mean he going crazy, easily distracted, or he was just not ment to die at that moment? Is he going to be okay?
-Suzannah

Dear Suzannah,
Don't forget Govinda and him reunite and talk for awhile making life better, "He still loved him, this faithful anxious friend. And at that moment, in that splended hour, after his wonderful sleep, permeated with Om, how could he help but love someone and something, That was just the magic that had happened to him during his sleep and the Om in him-- he loved everything, he was full of joyous love towards everything that he saw. And it seemed to him that was just why he was previously so ill-- because he could love nothing and nobody" (Hemann Hesse 94). See, that quote proves he is better and happy once again. You don't have to worry about him.

The Mediator -OR-

In the book The Mediator by Meg Cabot, the main character, Suze can see dead people -like omg scary right?!- and needs to help them to get to their after life so they stop bugging her. There is a lot of obstacles she has to get through in the book, for example there is this extremely attractive -like really REALLY attractive- ghost that lives in her room. Neither of them know why he is there either. She is a tough person that does not like annoying rude people,
""God, sit by the freak, why don't you." I looked at her ... "Excuse me, do you have Tourette's?" ... Everyone turned around to look at me ... She blinked at me, startled. "What?" "Tourette's Syndrome," I said. "It's neurological disorder that causes people to say things they don't really mean. Do you have it?" ... "No." "Oh," I said. "So you were being purposefully rude." "I wasn't calling you a freak," the girl said quickly. "I'm aware of that," I said. "That's why I'm only going to break one of your fingers after school, instead of all of them"" (Meg Cabot 82-83).
That quote is a great example of her standing up for others and is not afraid to. Also in the book she meets this crazy -no seriously CRAZY- ghost that wants to kill anything in it's path. She must figure out why she is around and why she refuses to get help to get to the after life -EEEKKK-

Oi! Help!!

Suzannah, Siddhartha and I are going to be parting, going our own ways. I do not know what I should do, I am very sad. We have been friends or a very long time!
Govinda, this is probably best for you two. You both will learn what you both want without conflicts. "Govinda, my friend, you have taken the step, you have chosen your path. You have always been my friend, Govinda, you have always gone a step behind me. Often I have thought: will Govinda ever take a step without me, from his own conviction? Now, you are a man and have chosen your own path. May you go along it so the end, my friend. May you find salvation!" (Hermann Hesse 30)  -- You both need to take your own steps, and Siddhartha already understands that. You need to stop relying on him.

I think Govinda is dealing with this a bit Kiddish like. This is life, people will end up going their own ways. Siddhartha is on his own path and Govinda should help him as much as he can while he can. Him making a big deal of it isn't much help but just makes the situation harder. Overall I think Govinda should act a little more his age. Yes it is sad but would you cry if your favorite chicken died?

Suzannah(?)

Suzannah is a very artistic person, she likes to express what she thinks in the music she plays. She try's to help people but screws up a lot making a big mess. She thinks she is funny but is not. She has a very odd sense of humor. Suzannah is also very rich in friends. She is very hard to influence seeing as she is very stubborn and stuck on what she thinks is right.

Chapter 1 - 4

My friend, Siddhartha is so understanding but still learning a lot. He believes in his own ways and will still except his fathers wishes. He is a kind and understanding person and will let other people like his friends go their own path that they wish too. He is a strong intelligent person.

Me, Myself, and I

I am a crazy person that loves different things. My friends word to describe me is "Wacko," because I am crazy. I am Malaysian and British. My dad was born and raised in Malaysia. My moms background is from England. Also, I love poetry, writing and reading it. Once I write something I like to paste it on my wall in my room. I have an odd sense of humor. I laugh at teachers jokes! Who laughs at teachers jokes? - :) - One of my favorite past times is listening and playing music. I play the flute and French Horn. I may not be the best French hornist but it is absolutely amazing! I would love to be a professional French hornist and band director. While I do stuff like homework or cleaning I have music playing (otherwise it's too boring). Outside is where I prefer to spend most of my time. But sadly I am inside more than out. I love to sail and take walks in the forrest. Both are very relaxing to my mind. One of my goals in life is to become an amazing and inspiring musician.
