I live!

I guess I haven't posted in a while, nothing too much has happened, semester is almost done. One more week of classes then I have finals. I am glad I only have to work one day of the week this week, because I am in one of those moods of I don't want to do anything productive. Wont be a very pretty paycheck, but I need a break. I am excited for Friday and Saturday though, Friday in the morning I am doing a volunteer thing for work, and then after that I am driving up to my Uncles to go shopping for fishing gear. Then if Saturday has nice weather we are going to go fishing. I am so ready for the summer, I plan to fish a lot!

Life Goes On..

So long story short, I did not get the job promotion. It is disappointing, but there will always be more opportunities in the future. I am more embarrassed than anything to tell the people that said that I would get it or deserve it, that I didn't get it. Oh well, they will find out soon enough.

Today I found out that I have an interview on Friday for a position that I applied for at my work. I wish I had a more of a heads up to prep myself but at the same time it makes it so I don't have to freak out longer. I want to be hopeful that I get it because everyone thinks I would be good at it and I do really well. But I don't want to be disappointed if I don't get it.

Bleh

Week was pretty good, brother's birthday was one Monday, had fun celebrating that. The weekend is what killed me: All work and no play makes me a very dull person. Next week will be even funner though. Going to be close to hitting a 40 hour week. Oh well the money will be good. Love paying for school! I will also be saving up to see my friend in boston in the fall. I also would like to save up to buy some nice fishing gear. Hopefully it will happen.

Ouch

My body aches. I had a 30 minute session with a personal trainer. My whole upper body hurts. But hey! At least I am back on track with what I should be focusing on and I had fun!

It's like mother nature decided to skip Spring and go strait to Summer. Yesterday it was 70 degrees and my room got up to 80. Today it's supposed to be another 70 degree day. It's great for walks, which I enjoy much. I will actually take my dog out for more then 5 seconds! This weather makes me want to go camping! Thankfully I might get a chance to do that this summer with my friends. I have a feeling I am going to have a packed full summer. But I am ready and excited for it!
